What materials are used for acoustic panels ?

COUST panels are designed with materials chosen for their high acoustic performance and durability:

• Acoustic core, composed of a mixture of rock wool and glass wool, density 80 kg/m³. It guarantees optimal absorption, reaching 100% of human voice frequencies between 300 Hz and 3000 Hz.
• Trevira CS fabric covering, stretched over a fleece backing, which is fireproof (fire class A1), resistant to humidity and temperature changes, and available in solid colors or with custom printing.
• Robust and discreet powder-coated aluminum frame, offering a high-end finish and excellent scratch resistance for optimal durability. 

Good to know: All COUST products are manufactured in Belgium in our workshops by our own craftsmen. They are recyclable and incorporate certain recycled materials.
